Disclosure:

1. Grower/ Outgrower: Annex 2 Disclosure of non-compliant land clearing
Supporting documents: Shapefile, HCV reports, social liability assessments, FPI,C etc.

2. Independent Smallholder: Disclosure Template for Areas Cleared without Prior HCV Assessment since November 2005
Supporting documents: Shapefile, HCV reports
